This feature provides onboard notification to the HMI display to alert operators of warnings, faults and notifications.

Access to TRU unit recovery to a VMU (Vehicle Maintenance Unit)

This feature provides access to Sunswap’s maintenance provider network which can allow for recovery of a unit to a VMU, the recovery costs are covered by the operator if the failure is not covered under warranty. Recovery is in sociable hours

This feature allows for the unit to be recovered at unsociable hours. The recovery costs are covered by the operator if the failure is not covered under warranty.

Access to Sunswap VMU network
(PAYG/INCLUDED)

This provides operators access to the Sunswap VMU network for repairs outside of warranty. The operator pays for the service when a repair is not deemed under warranty. Operators who do not have this feature may still request VMU from Sunswap, but this will be at additional cost.

Sunswap call centre 24/7

This feature provides operators with 24/7 access to the Sunswap call centre to enquire about maintenance and aftermarket queries with their Sunswap product.

Automated planned & predictive maintenance notifications

This feature provides automated SMS, portal, and email notifications to operators of required planned fleet maintenance, such as annual service or F-GAS inspection. Furthermore, it will be able to provide predictive maintenance notifications, such as early detection of failures.

Planned maintenance inspection cover once a year

This feature provides the operator for one unit inspection every year. This is part of the annual service. This feature will reduce the labour time of the service, however additional service components and F-GAS is not included. Identified defects during the inspection are not included.

Planned maintenance component & labour cover 

This feature provides cover to the operator for all annual service components for the life of the subscription. During annual servicing different components need replacing based on age or operating hours. The component cost and labour are covered by this feature.

Sunswap fleet management portal (showing GPS, temperature, and state of charge)

This feature provides the customer with access to the Sunswap fleet management portal for telematics. It uses telemetry from the unit to provide useful data to the operator about how the unit is functioning from a remote location (SoC, temperature etc)

Status alerts (e.g. battery below 20%)

This feature provides automated alerts to the operator via SMS, Email and portal notification of status alerts from the unit. For example, SoC is low. This feature will be launched as a performance upgrade to the unit.

Fleet management remote diagnostic notifications

This feature allows operators to see diagnostic alerts remotely on their cloud portal. Without this feature, this would only be detectable from the HMI.

1-month historical remote data access for data download

This feature provides the operator with instant data download from the unit from there cloud portal. The operator can download data instantly from the last month.

6-month historical remote data access for data download

This feature provides the operator with instant data download from the unit from there cloud portal. The operator can download recent data instantly.

1 year archived data

This feature allows operator data to be stored in long term storage in the Sunswap Cloud. If the data has expired past its feature for remote access download (1/6 months) the operator can request archived data (up to 1 year) from Sunswap, this will be provided back by Sunswap within a reasonable timeframe, this is due to the data taking longer to download from long term storage. The operator does not pay for this service as part of the subscription.

Fleet management remote start/ remote control

This feature allows operators to configure and actuate the unit remotely from there fleet management portal. Remote commands such as changing setpoints, unit start up and operator parameters can be configured.

F-GAS certification for life

The unit requires a yearly F-GAS certificate provided by accredited professionals. The feature provides certification inspection for life. If F-GAS defects are identified, they will need to be resolved before certificate can be applied.

Sensor Calibration cover 

During F-GAS certification there is a check of the refrigeration sensors to ensure they are within a calibrated accuracy of the measurements. This is essential when working with refrigerated food groups or pharmaceutical products to ensure the system is monitoring the temperatures accurately across the unit. If a sensor is not in calibrated range, it is replaced. This feature covers the cost of the inspection but not the sensor replacement.

This feature provides an extended warranty to the battery system. The battery system comes with 2-year standard warranty. This feature enhances that for 36 months to a total coverage of 5 years (T&Cs may apply)
