Sunswap is looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Specialist to ignite our online presence and accelerate our mission drive sustainability in logistics.

As a key player in our marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape Sunswap’s digital approach, crafting innovative campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive the adoption of our cutting-edge zero-emission technology.

From creating captivating social media content to optimising our website for maximum impact, your expertise will be instrumental in amplifying our message and attracting new customers. Key responsibilities

  • You will be key to helping Sunswap ‘own’ the sustainable transport refrigeration space across digital spaces.
  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms for awareness and lead generation
  • Manage and update the Sunswap website, be responsible for edits from across the team and ensure its performance.
  • Manage SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website
  • Continuously run and optimise the website for lead capture and conversions through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user experience improvements
  • Create engaging social media content and implement strategies to grow our online community and engagement
  • Manage email marketing programs, including list segmentation, campaign creation, and automation
  • Analyse performance data to optimise budgets, campaigns, and overall digital marketing ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities to extend our online reach
  • Monitor online for Sunswap brand – across social media and other platforms

Qualifications & experience

  • 3+ years of experience executing successful digital marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a start-up or similar setting
  • Proven track record of driving results through paid advertising on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, and Twitter Ads
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and sales funnel optimization tactics
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and campaign tracking
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and adapt quickly in a dynamic start-up environment
  • Structured in approach and ability prioritisation, even in an iterative and changing environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
