Sunswap has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 in the ‘Medium Organisations’ category. This is the third year in a row that our people have earned this recognition. We first received it in the Small Organisations category, and we have now been recognised twice as a medium-sized business.

The awards are based on an employee survey, and the highest-scoring companies are named. The survey asks colleagues about their wellbeing, job satisfaction, empowerment, reward and recognition, and workplace culture. This award reflects what our own people say about working here.

Our people drive our growth. Colleagues in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, Commercial and Operations bring different skills to one shared goal: changing the cold chain for good. As we grow internationally, the strength of our team matters more with every step.

We want everyone at Sunswap to feel valued, supported and able to contribute. We invest in career development and training. Our Employee Net Promoter Score Committee gives everyone a regular forum to share feedback, so we can keep improving the way we work. We also host quarterly team socials, where colleagues come together to celebrate the small wins and great work they achieve day to day. Maintaining the culture we have built is intrinsic to achieving our goals and continuing to grow.

Thank you to everyone at Sunswap. This recognition belongs to you. It reflects the people, energy and commitment behind everything we do.
